Refund Policy

The Refund Policy applies for the following purchases: the Supply of Goods.

a) We offer repairs, refunds or exchange in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and in the terms set out within our refund policy.
b) This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds and returns in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to:
a) to cancel the purchase
b) to receive a refund for the price of goods
c) We offer refunds, repairs or exchanges in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
d) Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
- Has a Major Problem: is significantly different from the description of the item
- Is not of acceptable quality: the product is faulty or damaged or doesn't work as it should
- Is not as it is described: does not fit the description of the product

 

3. Cancellation or change of mind
a) If you have a change of mind about your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving your order given:
- The item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process a refund for the product's cost and reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.

 

4. Products damaged during delivery
a) In the event that your product has been damaged during delivery:
- Please contact us immediately 
- The item must be returned to us the way you received it, including any packaging 
- Will will arrange a repair, refund or exchange of the item

 

5. Exceptions
a) We may refuse repair, return or exchange for a product purchased if
- The product is not for personal use
- You misused the product in a way that caused a problem
- All other exceptions outlined under Australian Consumer Law

 

6. Shipping costs for returns
a) If the product fails to meet the standard of a product under Australian Consumer Law, then we will absorb the shipping cost of returning the product
b) If the product is eligible for return, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the return.
